Pre-k and 1st grade graduation

Here are some pictures of Hunter and Haley's graduation day. It was a sad but happy day. Hard to believe that my babies are getting so big!!! Haley recieved an award for being Teacher's Helper. She truley loved being in school and helping her friends through the day. Hunter is glad to be done with first grade and out for the summer!!!! What a difference between a boy and a girl.

Bubba and Sadie

This was a pretty funny situation. It started out just bubba and sadie trying to mooch a cracker from Eric, well anyone that knows Eric, that doesn't go ever very well. So he was eating some canned oysters with hotsauce and crackers so he kept holding the hotsauce bottle up to the dogs and they would back up but they wanted the cracker. The snarl on Bubba's face was PRICELESS! He DOES NOT like the hotsauce. Neither does sadie, but she gets past the hotsauce because she wants the cracker so bad! I was laughing so hard because I couldn't believe I got Bubba's snarl on camera. It was great!! lol

Carolina Mudcats vs Jacksonville Suns

So at the end of the school year one of my kindergarten kids and her parents gave all the students and Mrs. Barber and I all Box Seat tickets to go see a Mudcats Baseball game. We had a lot of fun. The sun was behind us so we weren't hot at all. We were sitting on the 3rd base line and had a great view. We were also entertained my Mryon Noodleman, the famous Nerd, who came out and danced on the field for everyone. The kids thought it was very funny. It turned out to be a very nice night. Thanks so much to my student who allowed my family to have a fun night out, something different that we don't do on a regular basis. We hope to go back again.

Geez, it's been too long!!

Well the kids had their first testing for Tae Kwon Do and it went really well. The both received a new belt. They had to show that they new there forms and count to ten in Koren. They also had to run an obstacle course. It was pretty cute!! They are both getting better at their kicks and are learning new forms for their testing in July. So much to know!!

Superbowl Sunday

Well Super bowl Sunday couldnt have been a more beautiful day to play outside and hang with the family! Uncle D, of course cooked up a scrumtious meal!!! The kids all played and as you can see we had a blue bird sky kind of day! The kids had so much fun playing on the new playhouse with there cousins. And we had our own little bit of football tossing going on outside. It was a very enjoyable day. Thank you everyone for such an awesome day! Love you all

Christmas cookies,Christmas Pic, and Gingerbread House

Ok, so now that Im trying to get this blog thing down Im trying to go backwards in the pictures I have and blog on some of the recent things that we have done. We made christmas cookies this year here at the house! WHAT A MESS. We usually do this with our in-laws and I hope next year we can all get our schds together b/c I love making any other cookies EXCEPT SUGAR COOKIES! Once I got done FINALLY cooking those little aggraveting things, I made Eric decorate them with the kids. They had a good time eating the icing!!!! So here are some of those pictures.

So with Eric's crazy work schd. we never made it to get our family christmas picture AGAIN this year, so I finally got the kids and dogs together in front of our tree and here was the end result.

Ok, now on to our Gingerbread house! This was a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed it. Haley saw it in a magazine and asked if we could make one so I found a kit that had everything in it and with Daddy's handy skills it worked out really well!
